I have some blogs that are not expert wordpress. I use a robot autoposter and pictures or videos are displayed automatically with the posts. They look nice on the main page.
The expert wordpress blogs that I have do not automatically post pictures or videos to my autoposts on the main page.
How can I fix this? so I can display pictures or videos along with my posts to the main page.
I want the videos or pictures to show up in the posts on the main page. They do show up when you click on the link and are taken to the post page. |

Install a plugin called Advanced Excerpt, this will display the pictures on the home pages.

I installed the Advanced Excerpt plugin is doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions why it may not be working?

seems like it is working for pictures. not sure how it handles the videos though, may need some additional tweaking in the settings.

| I tweaked the the Wp Settings under Excerpt, I clicked on the don't remove any markup box and now all the video and picture images are showing up. |
